BAFIPAD IDO LAUNCHPAD RULES FOR THE PROJECTS
As part of our governance rules:
1. We would not accept Projects with Minting functions.
2. We would prioritize all BAFI Holders in IDO applications. (100 BAFI TOKEN minimum)
3. Project Website expiration must be at least 2 years.
4. Contract must be audited by a reputable company or individual.
5. Social community must be active.
6. KYC’ed and whitelisted.
7. No token transfer prior to IDO. If there is a transfer a No Sale Order should be enforced.
8. Team Token must be locked for at least 3 months.
9. No ownership renounce in the contract address by the project team.
10. Vesting of the IDO tokens 30% — 40% release instantly.
11. 40% of the funds will be locked for LP on Pancakeswap and BAFISwap in equal ratio.
